U.S. Highway 212 – This four lane highway runs east to west through Glencoe providing access to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area and to communities in western Minnesota. The highway has undergone numerous improvements, including the four lane expansion project from Eden Prairie to Chaska, resulting in a shorter drive time to the Twin Cities area.
State Trunk Highway 22 – This two lane highway runs south to north through Glencoe providing access communities in central and south-central Minnesota.
Railroads Twin Cities & Western Railroad – TC&W Railroad operates 229 miles of track between the Twin Cities and Milbank, South Dakota.
