The Glencoe Chamber of Commerce offers many benefits to its members. Networking opportunities, economic development activities, business promotions, recognition awards, and participation in the Glencoe Bucks program are just some of the advantages to membership. The Chamber of commerce has a number of volunteer opportunities available to help you get involved. Below is a listing of volunteer committees open to all Chamber members. Call the Chamber office at 864-3650 for more information.
· CEO’s/Community Event Organizers Committee - This committee puts on the annual Holly Days celebration, Annual Golf Outing and the Seasonal Sampler Event. Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at noon.
· Auto, Ag & Manufacturing Committee - Coordinates annual events including the Glencoe Area Business Expo, Dairy Days, and Manufacturers’ Week. Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at noon.
· Marketing Committee - Coordinates the chamber’s website and various other promotional efforts. Meets at 7:00 am on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month. Call the Chamber office for details.
· Ambassador’s Committee -This committee is responsible for ribbon cutting and ground breaking ceremonies, membership activities and business growth visits. Meets 2nd Thursday of the month at noon.
