Board & Volunteers
The Board of Directors for the Glencoe Area Chamber of Commerce provides direction for the organization. Members, selected based on their commitment to the community and extensive professional experience, volunteer for three year terms. Board members meet once a month providing important guidance to volunteers and staff involved with the Chamber’s business and community development activities.
The Chamber’s current board is a diverse group of individuals including representatives from the financial sector, small business owners, large manufacturing companies, and superintendent with the local school district. The board’s commitment to the community is evident in recent service projects that have included packaging meals for hungry children through Kids Against Hunger and a local food drive for the McLeod County Food Shelf that raised over 20,000 lbs. of donations.
