City Center Facility

The Glencoe City Center Project is a historic renovation project that will transform the historic Henry Hill School at 1107 11th St. E. into Glencoe City offices, an Event Center and Auditorium, Senior Center, Public Library, Glencoe Area Chamber of Commerce and more. The demolition and renovation of the facility officially began on September 28, 2009.
The building’s importance stems from its historical importance as well as its aesthetic value and lasting quality construction. The renovated facility will be a vital part of downtown Glencoe.
The Glencoe City Center is scheduled to be complete June 1, 2010.
