The Grand Ballroom can be split into two to create the North and South Grand Ballrooms.  The South Grand Ballroom has been used for events such as annual all employee meetings, receptions, wedding ceremonies, presentations and trainings, and as a cocktail area for wedding receptions.  The South Grand Ballroom can fit 150 comfortably when used for such events as the above.

The South Grand Ballroom is also used for performances, concerts, and plays.  The Concord Singers, Nuncrackers, Unsinkable Women: Songs and Stories of the Titanic, and Lorie Line have all been held in the South Grand Ballroom.  With theater seating for u to 500 (350+ in the auditorium balcony, and 200+ on the South Ballroom floor), this is the ideal venue for performances, concerts, and plays.

The audio/visual in the South Ballroom allows your guests to hear everything crystal clear and allows for DVDs, presentations, computers, and projectors to all be used on the large screen that falls from the cieling.  Additionally, for those wishing to use the facility for performances and plays, the new lighting system is sure to please.  Optional dishware, flatware, and glassware are available, as well as ivory, white, and chocolate linens for rental.  Napkins can also be rented to create a more formal appeal to your event.  The Grand Ballroom, North Grand Ballroom and the South Grand Ballroom all allow for you to create a floor plan that you desire.
